Shipping Policy

At Action Lifestyle, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders from our warehouse within 1–4 business days.

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s delivery location, courier partner availability, and serviceable pin code.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, sale periods, high-volume order periods, weather disruptions, operational issues, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Days

We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

For certain orders, products, locations, or promotional offers, Action Lifestyle may offer free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or verified quality issue from our side.

Order Delivery

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted courier partners. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate and complete. Action Lifestyle will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address details shared by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a product where the packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or not in proper condition, please do not accept the delivery if possible.

Customers may be required to share clear images of the package and product for verification. After verification, our team will assist with the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.

Invoice and Packaging

All products, including gifts or promotional items, will be shipped in secure packaging.

Each shipment will include an invoice mentioning the product price and applicable tax details, in accordance with Indian tax regulations. Warranty cards or product-related documents, wherever applicable, will also be included with the shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, location restrictions, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
